I worked as a sales representative at Royal Communications, a business process outsourcing company, where I was involved in a U.S.-based Final Expense Insurance project. My primary role was to communicate with senior citizens on behalf of Senior Benefits, a company based in the United States, to educate them about their insurance options and assist in qualifying them for final expense plans. This role sharpened my communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills while giving me valuable experience in handling international clients and working in a fast-paced BPO environment.
